End of Support for Debian 10, Ubuntu 18.04 LTS, and Ubuntu 19.04

At DataSunrise, we continuously work to ensure our solutions are secure, efficient, and aligned with modern environments. As part of this effort, we are ending support for Debian 10, Ubuntu 18.04 LTS (“Bionic Beaver”), and Ubuntu 19.04 (“Disco Dingo”) starting from DataSunrise version 11.0.

What This Means for You

  • No public installers. We will no longer publish new installation packages for these operating systems.
  • Limited availability. Customers who still require support for these OS versions can request installation packages from our support team for the next six months.
  • End of official support. After this period, these OS versions will no longer receive updates or support from DataSunrise.

What You Should Do

To ensure uninterrupted protection and performance, we recommend the following steps:

  • Plan Your Upgrade. If your system runs on Debian 10, Ubuntu 18.04 LTS, or Ubuntu 19.04, consider migrating to a newer, supported OS version.
  • Test Compatibility. Before upgrading, test your setup in a staging environment to ensure smooth migration without service disruptions.
  • Reach Out for Assistance. Our support team is available to help with transition planning, installation package requests, and troubleshooting.
